Camp Buk sits in the heart of Una National Park on the banks of the river Una — one of the cleanest and most beautiful rivers in Europe. The camp covers 10,000 m² with space for up to 200 campervans, plus 5 bungalows, a restaurant with Bosnian cuisine and a large terrace overlooking the river.
The Una is Bosnia's hidden gem: emerald-green cascades, tufa waterfalls and white-water rapids running through ancient forest. The Štrbački Buk waterfall — just downstream from camp — is one of the most dramatic falls in the Balkans, with a 25-metre cascade you can walk right up to. Almost nobody outside the region knows about it.
Una National Park borders Plitvice Lakes National Park in Croatia (just 30 km away) and feels equally spectacular but completely untouched. From the camp you can organise rafting, kayaking and canoeing on the Una river, and hiking to medieval Ostroviza castle above Kulen Vakuf.
